This course is broken into two modules - Firstly an introduction into property accounting, covering the financial returns that Sole Traders or Limited Companies need to submit and the relevant deadlines.
Secondly, we cover other considerations that landlords or property developers should factor including legal responsibilities, financial considerations of running a property business as well as non-financial considerations. We also cover the financing options available for property businesses.
I am an experienced accountant with over twelve year’s financial experience, during which I have built technical knowledge and ability as well as confidence to evaluate, challenge and develop procedures and processes. I have experience working at a range of management levels, providing financial support and management from every day budgeting to overseeing large strategic projects. I also have experience of project management, researching future company developments or expansions, drafting financial bids and project proposal documentation, planning and undertaking staffing restructures, consulting potential customers via questionnaires and implementing new software as well as budgeting, bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
