About This Course

This course is broken into two modules - Firstly an introduction into property accounting, covering the financial returns that Sole Traders or Limited Companies need to submit and the relevant deadlines.

Secondly, we cover other considerations that landlords or property developers should factor including legal responsibilities, financial considerations of running a property business as well as non-financial considerations. We also cover the financing options available for property businesses.
